An Overview

The Group has been investing in and developing commercial property since the 1970s.

The Group’s foray into commercial property began in the form of developments in Cheshire and Lancashire though it was in the late 1970s that the Group embarked on larger scale development.

These were undertaken through Joint Ventures when the office was based in Farnham and included what became the Group’s office, Craven House and the successful Lion and Lamb Yard. The Group retained some of these developments for long term investment including Coxbridge Business Park on which the Group designed and built The Enterprise Centre.

Over recent years, the Group has ceased undertaking development and divested of most of the historic Farnham assets and invests across the UK opportunistically for both income and capital growth.

The Group is well positioned to take advantage of opportunities in the market and is open to considering new joint venture property partnerships with those who share the same outlook, values and ethos to the Group.
