High Street, South Norwood

The first property in South Norwood, approximately 3 miles from Croydon and a 10 minute train journey from London Bridge was acquired in December 2013. The ground floor is let to Gregarious Limited operating as the Shelverdine Goathouse gastro pub and the upper floors consist of 9 self-contained flats.  The Group later acquired two further retail units with residential uppers.

We completed a programme of refurbishment of most of the flats alongside repositioning the ground floor as a gastro pub and subsequently sold this asset along with a smaller retail unit in 2020. We continue to hold a Polish supermarket with residential uppers on the high street.
