We acquired this property in December 2014. At the time of acquisition it comprised of residential accommodation in the upper parts and a vacant retail unit on the ground floor. To the rear there was a rundown house.  The property is located in an excellent position in Sevenoaks High Street.

Acquired from a retailer, the Property has been refurbished extensively with the upper floors being converted into four 1 and 2-bed apartments. The retail unit is currently let to Space NK and the plot to the rear has been sold to a developer. Our intention is to hold the asset in the long term and continue to lease the space.
