Constructed in the early 80s this 191,000 sq ft industrial estate is closely located to Dublin City Centre.  Occupied by a number of local and regional tenants, with some vacant units.

We have heavily invested in the appearance and condition of the Estate, utilising new signage, improving elevations and refurbing the vacant accommodation.   Rents are very affordable, and so by presenting the vacant units in an occupiable condition it is expected that vacancy levels will fall and the rental tone will improve.
